Dear Sirs,

In connection with the letter we sent on June 6, 2012, No. 076/SPTP-PK/VI/2012, we are, The Drivers of Truck Trailer and Car Carrier at PT. “K” Line Diamond Mobaru Indonesia, Jl. Sultan Agung KM. 28 Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.

Demand/Ask Normative Worker Rights JAMSOSTEK, which until now has not been given. We are The Drivers of Truck Trailer and Car Carrier, demanding justice and fairness of working relations, refusing an indication of arbitrariness and demanding PT. “K” Line Diamond Mobaru Indonesia comply with labor legislation and regulations.

JAMSOSTEK program that we propose must be set by the Undang-Undang No. 3 of 1992 on Social Security Labor Law Undang-Undang No. 13 of 2003 on Employment, Article 99. While implementation is outlined in the Peraturan Pemerintah No. 14 of 1993. Keputusan Presiden No. 22 of 1993 and the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No.. PER-12/MEN/VI/2007.

We express strong opposition in the struggle demanding JAMSOSTEK, we do have implications for the Termination of Employment (PHK) and discrimination against us, The Workers of Trucking/Container and Car Carrier.

Based on the description above, we hereby declare :

1. Demanding and enforcing PT. “K” Line Diamond Mobaru Indonesia, provide Social Security Workers (JAMSOSTEK).
2. Reject indication of arbitrariness and injustice committed by Management of PT. “K” Line Diamond Mobaru Indonesia.
3. As of 7 (seven) days of this letter is received, there should be conducted Bipartite Negotiations, in order to realize the JAMSOSTEK program.
4. Calls to all the relationships and partner of PT “K” Line Mobaru Diamond Indonesia to support our demands and encourage the management of PT “K” Line Mobaru Diamond Indonesia to follow related laws and regulations.
